Data Deletion
This page explains what data we collect through our WhatsApp Business API integration and how you can request its deletion.
What data we process
When you interact with PsiSuite through WhatsApp, we may process your phone number, the content of messages exchanged, and, where applicable, scheduling data associated with the conversation.
Before requesting: contact your clinic first
For patient data, PsiSuite acts only as a Data Processor: the professional or clinic using the system (the Data Controller) is the one who decides on that data, as stated in our Privacy Policy. Because of this, deletion requests should first be made directly to your professional or clinic.
Alternative channel, if you cannot reach the clinic
If you are unable to contact the professional or clinic directly, send an email to privacidade@psisuite.com.br with the subject "Data Deletion", including the phone number used on WhatsApp.
Response time
We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the data deletion within 15 days, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
